For the vast majority of our services (Ants, Spiders, Rodents, Wasps), you do not need to leave your home. You can simply hang out in a different room while we work. The only exceptions are specialized treatments like full-home Bed Bug Heat Remediation or certain heavy-infestation Roach clean-outs, where we will provide you with a clear schedule in advance.
We pride ourselves on fast local response times. Most standard service requests are fulfilled within 24–48 hours. For urgent issues like an active hornet’s nest near an entrance or a sudden bed bug discovery, we offer emergency same-day or next-day priority scheduling.
Your service schedule is tailored based on high-risk factors for pest infiltration, including spaces with high foot-traffic, food preparation areas, and frequent deliveries (shipping/receiving). We also consider the size and structural layout of your building.
To ensure comprehensive inspection and treatment, we recommend a rotation where one-third of total units are serviced monthly, or the entire property is treated once per quarter.
No, that is not necessary. We maintain Pest Sighting Logs on-site. Please document sightings there. Our technicians will review these logs and provide targeted attention during your scheduled maintenance visit.
Yes. We strictly adhere to safety regulations, requiring 24-hour notification prior to the application of any specialized liquid or aerosol materials.
If you are not completely satisfied with a regular treatment, we will return to re-treat the area at no additional cost. Should issues persist, we will continue to work until resolved, or refund your last monthly payment, provided that established maintenance and sanitation requirements are met.
Invoices are sent on the first of each month and are due upon receipt.
