The only exceptions are specialized treatments like full-home Bed Bug Heat Remediation or certain heavy-infestation Roach clean-outs, where we will provide you with a clear schedule in advance.
We pride ourselves on fast local response times. Most standard service requests are fulfilled within 24–48 hours. For urgent issues like an active hornet’s nest near an entrance or a sudden bed bug discovery, we offer emergency same-day or next-day priority scheduling.
Foggers only kill the insects that are out in the open. The irritants in those sprays actually alert the rest of the colony, causing them to retreat deeper into your walls and electronics (like your microwave or fridge motor). Yes. We strictly adhere to safety regulations, requiring 24-hour notification prior to the application of any specialized liquid or aerosol materials.
If you are not completely satisfied with a regular treatment, we will return to re-treat the area at no additional cost. Should issues persist, we will continue to work until resolved, or refund your last monthly payment, provided that established maintenance and sanitation requirements are met.
Invoices are sent on the first of each month and are due upon receipt.
